Writing a plan
Plans in the sidebar, then New plan. Five fields, then the week itself.
Title is yours to write. Team is the team this plan is for. Group is Comp or Devo. "Gender slice" is optional: leave it unset and the plan covers the whole group; set it to Girls or Boys only for a week where the two genuinely differ. "Week of" is the Monday the plan covers. The body underneath is the week, written out in ordinary prose the way you'd say it at practice.
Nothing about the write-up has to follow a template. A day-by-day breakdown works, and so does a shorter note that just names the hard day and the easy days. If you want to write out a set the way you'd say it out loud, "4×6 min @ L4" reads fine right inside a sentence. Nothing asks you for it, so use it where it's useful and skip it where plain words are faster.
More than one plan can share a week. A whole-group plan and a gendered one for the week that splits both publish and both show. A plan you publish ahead of time waits for its week. It reaches the plans page, and the home page of everyone it matches, on the Monday you set in "Week of," the next time the site updates after that. This week's plan sits first there, everything earlier behind it.
