Keeping the schedule

Schedule in the sidebar, then New event. A race, a camp, or a practice, each its own entry.

Title, date, and kind (race, camp, practice, or other) are the fields that matter most. End date is optional and is for a camp that runs several days; set it and the entry stays listed as coming up through its last day instead of dropping off after the first. Location is optional. Group is optional too, and it doesn't change who sees the entry. Every entry shows to the whole team, on the public schedule and as "Next up" on the home page.

A published entry reaches the public schedule the next time the site updates, grouped by month, with everything already past collapsed under "Past" below it. Whichever entry is soonest, across every group, is also what shows as "Next up" on the home page.
