The daily check-in

It is the first card on your home screen, and it is two questions.

It asks how you are feeling, from Poor to Great, and how long you were in bed last night. Each one saves the moment you tap it, so you can answer one and ignore the other. Tap a different choice and it changes. Once both are answered, an optional note appears if you want to say why.

Time in bed is not how long you slept. It is when you got in to when you got out, which is a number you actually know at seven in the morning. Round to the nearest half hour and move on.

Your coaches see this, next to your training. Two hard sessions on four nights of sleep is the pattern worth catching, and it is invisible from the outside. They see it from the day you were added to the roster forward, not the training you did before that.

Nothing counts a missed day. There is no streak, no reminder, and nothing anywhere that says you skipped one. Two or three times a week is normal and is worth having.
